Please state the name of the participant as payment reference, or if you know it, your REGUMED customer number so that we can allocate your payment faster. The process may take two full working days, in exceptions up to three (weekends are excluded).

You will then receive the order confirmation and a copy of the invoice after your payment has been received. The access data to the Congress platform is sent by a separate email, kindly also check your spam folder. Please make sure you keep the access data until the end of the Online Congress.

Who is the International Online Congress for?

For all medical practitioners from the human, dental or veterinary field who work with the BICOM® bioresonance method.

How do I get access?

After you have completed the payment process via PayPal, an account will be created for you automatically. You will also receive the access information automatically by e-mail.

How long can I watch the online congress videos?

The online congress videos are available to you throughout the period from 01.09. to 30.09.2023. After you have logged in, a new section “Congress videos” will appear in the top navigation bar. The button “Login” will be accessible via the upper navigation bar from 01.09.

Can I also watch the videos in German?

Yes, as soon as you are logged in, you can change the language via the flags (top right on the website) at any time and also watch the videos in German.

I don't have PayPal, are there other payment options?

Yes, as with the last Online Congress, you can also order in advance. You will find the necessary information on the “Prices” page. Please note, however, that the registration is done manually, during our opening hours. A waiting time of approx. 2-3 days is the rule. As soon as we have created your account, you will receive an e-mail from us with the access information. When making the transfer, please be sure to state your REGUMED customer no. as the purpose of payment.

Are there any requirements or are the presentations translated?

The only requirement is that you are also a BICOM® therapist. We provide the presentations in both German and English. You can change the language at any time on the corresponding page.

My PayPal payment was cancelled, what can I do?

Please check first whether the PayPal payment has not been debited anyway. If not, please try again at a later date.
